Head of Sales Compensation at Dropbox

Define compensation philosophies and quota methodologies
Advise on annual planning and productivity improvements
Influence executive decisions with analytical insights
Evolve compensation strategies through market trend analysis
Partner with Sales Operations for strategy alignment

Requirements:

12+ years in sales operations or finance
Deep knowledge of compensation design and best practices
Proven track record influencing executive leadership
Advanced analytical skills and tool expertise
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
