- Supervise, engage, forme, évalue et vérifie le personnel sous sa juridiction en s'assurant que les règlements internes sont respectés ;
- Inspecter les lieux publics, tant à l'intérieur qu'à l'extérieur, pour s'assurer que les normes de propreté sont respectées ;
- Superviser et motiver le personnel d'entretien ménager ;
- Commander le matériel nécessaire à l'entretien ménager de l'hôtel ;
- Participer à des réunions avec les chefs de service pour connaître leurs besoins ;
- Rencontrer les représentants à l'occasion ;
- Prévoit les réparations à effectuer en étroite collaboration avec le service d'entretien technique ;
- Élabore les horaires quotidiens des préposés aux chambres et à l'entretien ménager ;
- Établit le bulletin de paie du personnel d'entretien ménager ;
- Tenir à jour les dossiers des employés ;
- Effectue différents inventaires ;
- Responsable de l'inventaire des objets perdus ;
- Maintient le contrôle des clés ;
- Rédige différents mémos, rapports, lettres et correspondance générale ;
- Doit appliquer l'entente syndicale ;
- Toute autre tâche connexe.
- Doit avoir suivi une formation en gestion hôtelière ;
- Doit avoir une expérience pertinente dans le domaine ;
- Doit avoir une bonne connaissance de la langue anglaise ;
- Compétence et capacité à gérer et diriger du personnel syndiqué ;
- Doit se distinguer par son leadership, sa créativité, son autonomie, sa confiance et sa capacité à gérer les conflits ;
- Doit faire preuve de souplesse dans la gestion du temps.
- Doit être disponible tous les Fins-De-Semaine et jours férié
- environ entre 30 et 40 heures par semaine
