Responsibilities
- Supervise a team of workers
- Plan and assign tasks to employees
- Adjust schedules based on occupancy
- Manage inventory of cleaning and amenity products
- Participate in employee performance management
- Ensure proper application of collective agreement
- Ensure the health and safety of staff
- Coordinate services with external companies/suppliers
- Supervise and coach employees
- Inspect rooms
- Participate in disciplinary process
- Ensure quality customer service and manage customer complaints

Required qualifications
- College diploma in hotel management, an asset
- 2 years of experience in a similar position in the hospitality industry
- experience in a unionized environment is an asset
