Housekeeping Supervisor - Weekend

GDI Services hôteliers is looking for a Housekeeping Supervisor for one of its business partners, Eurostars Old Montreal Suites & Apartments .
Located in the heart of Montreal, the establishment occupies an iconic building from the early 20ᵉ century, where the elegance of classic architecture meets a contemporary and bright interior.
As the Housekeeping Supervisor, you will play a key role in the customer experience by closely collaborating with the Director of Housekeeping to ensure high standards of cleanliness, comfort, and satisfaction. Inspecting rooms, floors, and public areas;
Implementing and enforcing policies and procedures related to the standards set by the establishment and GDI;
Supervising and coordinating the housekeeping team;
Working collaboratively with the Director of Housekeeping;
Checking and noting any repairs or damages found, both in rooms and public areas; Assisting in planning and managing work schedules according to occupancy;
Managing disciplinary records in collaboration with the Director of Housekeeping;
Responding effectively to various customer requests;
Participating in the administrative tasks of the department.
College degree in hospitality management is an asset;
Previous experience in the hospitality field;
Available to work weekends;
Able to work under pressure, make decisions, and effectively manage problems;
Excels in customer service and staff management;
Bilingualism (French-English) written and oral.
