Cloudflare Director, Sales Strategy Japan

Drive Cloudflare’s enterprise sales efforts in Japan as the Director of Sales Strategy. Lead a team of account executives and contribute to significant revenue growth.
In this role, your focus will be on growing market share among Major Enterprises. You will manage and mentor a talented sales team while ensuring successful contract negotiations and effective sales strategies. Effective communication across departments will enhance your team’s success and meet overall sales goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Meet or exceed quarterly revenue expectations
• Collaborate with Recruiting for talent acquisition
• Supervise contract negotiations and reporting
• Mentor and develop Strategic and Account Executives
• Guide sales representatives in closing complex deals
Requirements:
• Demonstrated sales success as a representative
• Proven leadership of quota-carrying sales teams
• Experience with high-value deal pipelines
• Excellent communication skills for varied audiences
• Deep knowledge of sales processes for Enterprises
Elevate Cloudflare’s presence in Japan’s enterprise market through effective team leadership and strategic sales management.
