Join the Ministry of the Attorney General as Crown Counsel in Toronto. This temporary role focuses on complex litigation, offering legal representation and strategic advice to ministry clients. We are seeking a proactive Counsel with demonstrated experience in handling high-profile matters. - Advise senior executives on litigation strategies.
- Represent ministry clients in administrative tribunals.
- Provide written and oral legal opinions.
- Develop resolution strategies in complex cases.
- Support operational and legislative requirements.
- Membership in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario.
- Experience in complex litigation and criminal prosecutions.
- Strong knowledge of relevant legislation.
- Demonstrated advocacy skills in high-pressure situations.
- Ability to produce high-quality work under tight deadlines.
