Calgary Managing Director Client Services

Join ATB as the Managing Director of Client Services based in Calgary, where you'll champion customer experience and oversee a large operational team. Your expertise will blend operational oversight with a deep understanding of customer needs, fostering a culture of empowerment and accountability. You’ll collaborate across organizational lines to enhance service capabilities and operational performance. Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure seamless service delivery across all channels
- Lead strategic initiatives to enhance service excellence
- Monitor and manage service performance against KPIs
- Coach leadership talent to optimize team performance
- Partner with senior leaders for capability expansion
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field
- At least 10 years in senior roles within financial services
- Experience in leading large-scale contact centers
- Strong understanding of customer lifecycle management
- Proven skills in executing change initiatives
