As the LNG Business Development Lead, you will drive HDRs business strategy while managing financial performance and project delivery. This senior position involves collaboration with local and regional teams to enhance client relationships and strategic planning for our LNG services. Your leadership will facilitate staff development, mentoring, and recruitment to meet project demands.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement growth strategies for LNG services
• Position HDR for competitive work with Gas Utilities and Oil & Gas sectors
• Oversee technical leadership in LNG project delivery
• Mentor and train key staff for project execution
• Monitor market trends and participate in strategic planning

Requirements

• 10+ years LNG project management experience
• In-depth knowledge of the LNG industry and facilities
• Proven client relationship-building skills
• Solid communication and organizational abilities
• PMP Certification required
