Commercial Banking Director in Calgary

Lead National Bank's growth in Calgary South as a Commercial Banking Director, cultivating your own portfolio of business clients. Drive success by crafting tailored financial strategies to meet diverse client needs. As a Director in Commercial Banking, you will engage in business development to expand your clientele and shape impactful financial solutions. Your expertise will include negotiating agreements and assisting the Regional Vice-President in achieving strategic goals. You will work collaboratively with the Manager - Financing Solutions and other departments to deliver exceptional service to clients. Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and nurture business opportunities in Calgary South
- Develop strategic plans for client portfolio expansion
- Optimize financial products based on client requirements
- Negotiate terms ensuring compliance with risk standards
- Participate actively in networking events for client connections
- Minimum of 5 to 9 years in sales and business development
- Experience in commercial credit and financial analysis
- Networking skills among medium-sized and large enterprises
- Bachelor's or master's degree preferred
- Understanding of banking solutions and advisory practices
