- Guide market strategies based on client needs analysis
- Mobilize teams for effective governance and collaboration
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- Minimum of 15 years in individual insurance and financial services
- 10 years in managerial roles
- Fluent in French and English
- Willingness to travel occasionally across Canada
