Director of Business Intelligence at Beneva

Elevate decision-making at Beneva as the Director of Business Intelligence. Lead a multidisciplinary team to drive data capabilities and transform analytics into actionable insights. In this regular role, you'll shape the strategic vision for data, analytical practices, and business intelligence initiatives supporting group and individual insurance sectors. Your focus on performance, collaboration, and innovation will empower teams to deliver robust data solutions. Expect to oversee a diverse portfolio of analytical products while optimizing information governance and delivery processes. Key Responsibilities:
- Drive the evolution of data strategy and business intelligence frameworks
- Lead a multidisciplinary team in data management and analytics
- Supervise delivery of data products, dashboards, and performance measures
- Collaborate with business units to translate needs into actionable solutions
- Ensure data governance and prioritize analytical initiatives
- Bachelor’s degree in statistics, IT, or related field
- 7 to 9 years of experience in data solutions and analytics
- 3 to 5 years of team management experience
- Knowledge of data governance and quality principles
- Fluent in French and advanced English skills
