Elevate commercial performance in North America as a Sales Operations Manager with Hitachi Energy. In this role, design sales operating models and enhance pipeline management across complex grid service agreements. This managerial role is critical for building the sales operating model that supports service business growth. You will oversee governance for pipeline management and develop KPI frameworks, driving visibility into commercial performance. Your expertise will directly contribute to enhanced service delivery and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities:
• Define and maintain scalable sales operating models
• Establish pipeline governance and forecasting disciplines
• Develop tools for monitoring commercial performance
• Enhance effectiveness of CRM and data-driven tools
• Streamline workflows through automation and efficiency Requirements:
• 10+ years in Sales Operations or Business Operations
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field; Master’s preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform and CRM tools
• Experience in cross-functional, matrixed environments
• Work authorization for Hitachi Energy in the U.S. Shape the future of energy and optimize sales operations at Hitachi Energy.
