Account Director - Consultative Sales

Drive substantial sales growth as an Account Director for a leading IT services company in Toronto, focusing on consultative selling within the Microsoft ecosystem. This role is critical for acquiring key enterprise accounts. You will lead new logo acquisitions across a diverse range of industries, guiding clients through complex sales cycles involving Azure, Managed Services, Dynamics 365, and more. Your expertise will allow you to assess business challenges and craft solution-based proposals in collaboration with Microsoft and technical teams. Your goal will be to close sophisticated, outcome-based deals that impact organizational growth. Key Responsibilities:

Acquire new logos across a broad customer base
Conduct multi-threaded sales cycles leveraging Microsoft technologies
Diagnose complex business challenges and design effective solutions
Collaborate with Microsoft for opportunity development
Partner with technical teams to craft compelling proposals

Requirements:

Proven IT service sales success
Deep understanding of Microsoft solutions
Experience in a mid-sized IT services firm
Strong consultative sales mindset
Bachelor's degree preferred
