We are hiring a Marketing & Brand Growth Coordinator for a fast-growing logistics and freight brokerage company based in Montreal, QC .
This is an opportunity for someone who wants more than a basic marketing job.
You will help shape how the company shows up online, how people understand the brand, and how the business presents itself to clients, candidates, partners, and the market.
The right person is creative, organized, proactive, modern, and execution-focused. After understanding the company, the goal is for you to take ideas, work with a budget, build campaigns, create content, improve the brand presence, and execute with a high standard.

What You'll Be Doing
Your responsibilities will include:
- Creating content for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, the website, and other platforms
- Helping build and improve the company's brand presence
- Writing and editing marketing copy in English and French
- Creating or coordinating visuals, banners, posts, campaigns, and marketing material
- Keeping the website updated, clean, professional, and user-friendly
- Supporting email campaigns and promotional material
- Helping create content that explains logistics, freight brokerage, company culture, and client value
- Researching competitors and suggesting ways to improve the brand
- Helping manage campaign budgets and marketing spending
- Tracking campaign performance and recommending improvements
- Bringing creative ideas and turning them into clear action
- Working with leadership to understand business goals and translate them into marketing execution
What We're Looking For
We are looking for someone with:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in marketing, content creation, digital marketing, communications, social media, branding, or a similar role
- Strong English and French communication skills
- Good writing ability
- Strong understanding of social media and online brand presence
- Ability to create or coordinate visuals and marketing material
- Strong organization and follow-up
- Ability to manage several projects at once
- Creativity with discipline and structure
- Ability to work independently after receiving direction
- Good judgment, attention to detail, and pride in quality
- A portfolio, examples of work, or clear proof of past results
Experience in logistics, transportation, B2B, or service-based industries is an asset, but not required.

Responsabilités
Vos responsabilités incluront :
- Créer du contenu pour LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, le site web et d'autres plateformes
- Aider à développer et améliorer la présence de marque
- Rédiger et réviser du contenu marketing en français et en anglais
- Créer ou coordonner des visuels, bannières, publications, campagnes et matériel marketing
- Garder le site web à jour, professionnel, clair et facile à utiliser
- Soutenir les campagnes courriel et le matériel promotionnel
- Créer du contenu qui explique la logistique, le courtage de fret, la culture de l'entreprise et la valeur pour les clients
- Faire de la recherche sur les compétiteurs et proposer des améliorations
- Aider à gérer les budgets de campagne et les dépenses marketing
- Suivre la performance des campagnes et proposer des ajustements
- Amener des idées créatives et les transformer en actions claires
- Travailler avec la direction pour transformer les objectifs d'affaires en exécution marketing
Profil recherché
Nous recherchons une personne avec :
- Minimum 1 an d'expérience en marketing, création de contenu, marketing numérique, communications, réseaux sociaux, branding ou un rôle similaire
- Bonnes compétences en communication en français et en anglais
- Bonne capacité de rédaction
- Bonne compréhension des réseaux sociaux et de la présence de marque en ligne
- Capacité à créer ou coordonner des visuels et du matériel marketing
- Bonne organisation et bon suivi
- Capacité à gérer plusieurs projets en même temps
- Créativité avec structure et discipline
- Capacité à travailler de façon autonome après avoir reçu les bonnes directives
- Bon jugement, souci du détail et fierté dans la qualité du travail
- Portfolio, exemples de travail ou preuves de résultats passés
Une expérience en logistique, transport, B2B ou services professionnels est un atout, mais n'est pas obligatoire.
