WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR?

Production and Creative Senior Coordinator

Reporting to the Creative Studio Manager in Toronto, the Production and Creative Senior Coordinator will oversee the graphic design of Tennis Canada's various tools and meet the specific needs of the federation's departments, including several elements for the National Bank Open in Montreal and Toronto.

• Manage and oversee creative projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet the required quality standards.
• Organize projects throughout the year into quarters or months, ensuring a logical flow between them and clearly mapping out dependencies.
• Maintain and update project schedules, ensuring deadlines are met and resources are appropriately allocated.
• Provide logistical and administrative support to creative teams (designers, writers, videographers, etc.) to ensure smooth project execution.
• Communicate with both internal and external clients to understand project requirements, gather feedback, and provide updates on project progress.
• Oversee the allocation of studio resources, including equipment, software, and creative assets.
• Assist in improving studio workflows and processes to ensure efficiency, consistency, and quality in project delivery.
• Ensure all creative outputs meet company standards and exceed client expectations.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams (marketing, production, sales, etc.) to ensure creative projects are aligned with broader company goals and objectives.
• Provide regular updates on project status.

WHO YOU ARE?

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, design, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in a creative studio, project management, or coordination role.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with creative professionals and clients.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Monday.com) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with creative software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
• Familiarity with digital marketing, branding, or design processes.
• Knowledge of production workflows in video, print, and digital media.
• A passion for creative work and problem-solving.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Occasional overtime may be required to meet project deadlines.
• Knowledge of French is an asset.
