Content Marketing Manager Needed - Full Time

Marketing & Communications Manager Location: [Montreal] / In-house
Full-time [30-35 hours per week]
We are looking for a Marketing & Communications Manager to own and streamline all marketing execution — from content and campaigns to community and production.
This role is for someone who thrives at the intersection of creativity and organization : you have a strong eye for brand, but you also know how to bring structure, timelines, and consistency to everything you touch.
What You’ll Do
Content & Channels
Own and manage social media (Instagram, TikTok, etc.) from planning to posting
Plan and execute newsletters
Ensure consistent brand voice and storytelling across all platforms
Community, PR & Seeding
Manage community engagement (comments, DMs, customer interactions)
Coordinate influencer seeding and gifting
Support PR outreach and community events
Campaigns & Growth
Assist in planning and executing launches, drops, and campaigns
Support or manage paid digital ads (Meta, etc.) depending on experience
Track and report on key performance metrics
Content Production & Coordination
Coordinate in-house photoshoots and content creation
Build and manage content calendars and timelines
Bring structure to the content workflow (deadlines, approvals, deliverables)
E-commerce & Website
Update the website homepage weekly in line with campaigns and drops
Ensure alignment between website, social media, and newsletters
Who You Are
Highly organized with strong project management skills
Strong aesthetic sense and understanding of fashion/brand storytelling
Comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines
Hands-on and proactive—you execute, not just plan
Experience with social media, content, and basic marketing tools
What Success Looks Like
Content is consistent, on time, and aligned across all channels
Campaigns and launches feel coordinated and intentional
The brand’s presence (social, website, email) feels cohesive
Internal workflows are smooth and efficient
Nice-to-haves
Familiarity with paid ads and analytics
Fluency in Spanish and Korean
Experience using Adobe Creative Suite
Experience with Shopify
This is a key role within a small team, with real ownership and impact on the brand’s growth and direction.
