Vice-President, Growth & Brand Marketing

IDC Dermo is looking for a Vice-President, Growth & Brand Marketing who can lead both brand and performance with expertise and rigour.
The role sits at the center of our next growth chapter: brand marketing, paid media, digital commerce, e-retail, CRM, retail media, and first-party data. The goal is to find a candidate who can drive results across all verticals.
Profile: 10+ years of experience in global marketing, with a strong foundation in both strategic brand marketing and advanced digital capabilities, ideally within beauty, dermo-cosmetics, or FMCG.
This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping the next phase of growth for a Canadian dermo-cosmetic brand rooted in science, innovation, and skin aging expertise.

IDC Dermo est à la recherche d’un(e) Vice-président(e), Croissance et marketing de marque, capable de piloter à la fois la marque et la performance avec expertise et rigueur.
Ce rôle se situe au cœur de notre prochain chapitre de croissance : marketing de marque, médias payants, commerce numérique, e-retail, CRM, retail media et données de première partie. L’objectif est de trouver une personne capable de générer des résultats à travers l’ensemble de ces verticales.
Profil recherché : 10+ ans d’expérience en marketing global, avec une solide expertise en marketing de marque stratégique ainsi qu’en capacités numériques avancées, idéalement dans les secteurs de la beauté, de la dermocosmétique ou des produits de grande consommation.
Il s’agit d’une occasion unique de jouer un rôle clé dans la prochaine phase de croissance d’une marque dermocosmétique canadienne ancrée dans la science, l’innovation et l’expertise du vieillissement cutané.
