Account Manager for SMB Growth

CompanyCam, Inc.

Drive revenue and customer satisfaction as an Account Manager for SMB at CompanyCam, a leading photo documentation app. Enhance client relationships and leverage upselling opportunities with a focus on value delivery. This remote role requires an enthusiastic Account Manager who will identify growth opportunities and facilitate upselling of CompanyCam subscriptions to small and medium businesses. Collaborating closely with Customer Success Managers, you'll serve as a trusted advisor, educating clients on how to maximize their experience. If you thrive in fast-paced settings and enjoy building strong relationships, this position is for you. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead customer base growth by securing upsell opportunities
  • Educate clients on subscription benefits and upgrades
  • Schedule proactive meetings to discuss business challenges
  • Perform product demos showcasing features
  • Create a reliable pipeline for growth opportunities
Requirements:
  • 3+ years in account management or sales roles
  • Experience in high-volume, fast-paced environments
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in SaaS or technology preferred
  • Proven ability to build strong customer relationships
