This role offers a hybrid working environment supporting innovative city and infrastructure development. Steer North America is looking for an Assistant Vice President focused on Traffic and Revenue forecasting to lead high-impact projects. Bring your 8+ years of transportation experience and technical expertise in traffic modeling to help optimize urban mobility systems. You’ll manage diverse projects while fostering client relationships that lead to business growth. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Traffic and Revenue forecasting projects from conception to delivery
- Ensure projects align with client objectives and adhere to quality standards
- Cultivate relationships with industry stakeholders for strategic partnerships
- Aid in business development through insightful proposals and pitches
- Mentor diverse teams, enhancing their project delivery capabilities
- 8 years of transportation industry experience focused on T&R forecasting
- Deep technical knowledge in traffic and ridership forecasting methodologies
- Proven project management expertise in fast-paced environments
- Strong abilities in client relationship development and engagement
- Experience in identifying new business opportunities and market trends
