Senior Director of Finance

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Director of Finance to lead our financial operations and strategic planning in Canada. This executive-level role requires a unique blend of financial expertise and marketing acumen to drive business growth. You will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, while collaborating with the marketing department to optimize ROI on campaigns and align financial goals with market expansion strategies. The ideal candidate will provide high-level leadership, ensuring fiscal responsibility and contributing to the long-term success of the organization through data-driven decision-making and cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Direct all financial goals, objectives, and budgets for the organization.
- Oversee financial reporting and ensure compliance with Canadian regulations.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to analyze campaign performance and allocate resources.
- Provide strategic guidance to the executive team on investment and growth opportunities.
- Manage and mentor the finance department staff to ensure high performance.
- Develop financial models to support long-term business planning.
