- Assess client financial viability for loan structuring
- Monitor and analyze portfolio performance regularly
- Structure new and renewal loans per client needs
- Lead development and delivery of proposals to clients
- Identify opportunities for revenue growth and client services
- 5 to 7 years of relevant banking or credit experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or Finance
- Strong analytical skills and credit risk assessment knowledge
- Experience in banking operations and loan structuring
- Capacity to work independently in non-routine scenarios
