Strategic Supply Chain Director

Drive strategic initiatives as a Strategic Supply Chain Director within a pioneering ag-tech company. Develop and optimize processes to ensure operational excellence, supplier engagement, and cost-effective logistics solutions. You will be responsible for shaping a future-oriented supply chain strategy, which includes supplier management, continuous improvement processes, and leveraging technological tools. Your collaboration with executive teams will be vital in achieving company goals and enhancing manufacturing capabilities to support growth. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the creation of global supply chain strategy
- Implement technology solutions to enhance forecasting
- Establish and maintain supplier quality standards
- Conduct audits and drive continuous improvements
- Manage operational excellence initiatives to reduce costs
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or similar
- 7+ years of leadership experience in supply chain
- Strong background in manufacturing and IoT environment
- Experience with Lean Six Sigma methodologies
- Knowledge of ERP/MRP systems, especially Odoo preferred
