Director of Energy Market Development

Shape the future of energy as a Director of Market Development in Energy. Lead innovative strategies for resilient, low-carbon energy infrastructures while mentoring teams across Eastern Canada. In this pivotal leadership role, you will drive the growth of the energy practice and ensure successful project delivery. Your ability to address complex industry issues will position you as a core decision-maker while facilitating relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Your expertise will enhance compliance standards and oversee project governance. Key Responsibilities:
- Drive the growth strategy of the Energy practice
- Oversee planning and implementation of energy projects
- Address complex issues in decision-making processes
- Lead client accounts and engage in knowledge transfer
- Ensure compliance with regulations and quality oversight
- 18+ years of experience in Energy, 10+ in senior roles
- Engineering degree or relevant technical qualifications required
- Strong business acumen with client relationship skills
- Proven experience in Eastern Canadian Energy sector
- P.Eng. or related designation preferred
