Production Planning and Inventory Coordinator

Bingo Servi-Jeux is looking for an organized, detail-oriented individual with strong computer
skills to oversee production planning, inventory management, and the production data required
for our printing operations.
Reporting to the Operations Department, the successful candidate will work closely with the
production team, purchasing department, and management to ensure the availability of raw
materials, proper monitoring of semi-finished goods, and the efficient execution of the
production schedule.

Key Responsibilities
Production Planning

Prepare and update daily and weekly production schedules.
Establish production priorities based on customer orders, delivery deadlines, customer
requirements, and inventory levels.
Plan production requirements to maintain appropriate inventory levels.
Communicate priorities and scheduling changes to production supervisors.
Monitor work progress and adjust the production schedule based on operational
constraints.
Identify potential delays, material shortages, inventory stockouts, and capacity issues.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of production planning and monitoring
methods.

Inventory Management

Monitor and manage inventory levels of semi-finished goods.
Manage inventories of raw materials and production supplies, including:
Paper and paper rolls;
Inks;
Printing plates;
Spare parts;
Products and supplies required for production.
Record inventory receipts, withdrawals, transfers, and adjustments.
Establish and monitor minimum and maximum inventory levels.
Notify the Purchasing Department of replenishment requirements.
Conduct cycle counts and participate in periodic physical inventories.
Analyze discrepancies between physical inventory and recorded quantities.
Maintain accurate traceability of raw materials and semi-finished goods.

Production Data and Digital Printing Management

Create, organize, and update the files required for production.
Prepare and verify data used for digital printing jobs.
Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of data before it is released to production.
Maintain a clear and organized system for file classification, identification, version control, and archiving.
Develop and improve production and inventory tracking tools.
Prepare reports on inventory levels, material requirements, work in progress, and production status.
Contribute to the development and improvement of internal databases.

Required Skills

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including:
Advanced formulas;

Dashboard and report creation.
Good understanding of databases and structured data management.
Ability to accurately manage large volumes of data.

Requirements

Education in production management, logistics, operations management, business administration, information systems, or a related field.
Relevant experience in production planning, inventory management, or coordination within a manufacturing environment.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Good knowledge of databases.
Fluency in both French and English, spoken and written.

Assets

Experience in the printing or digital printing industry.
Knowledge of Microsoft Access, Power Query, Power BI, SQL, or ERP/MRP systems.
Experience managing variable-data files for digital printing.
Knowledge of purchasing processes and inventory control.
