Devenez Expert Fiscaliste Bilingue avec Intuit et aidez nos clients à optimiser leurs déclarations fiscales en utilisant TurboImpôt. Ce rôle virtuel implique de fournir des conseils et un service personnalisé. Intuit, leader en technologie financière, recherche un Fiscaliste Bilingue pour aider les clients à remplir leurs déclarations d’impôts. Dans ce poste, vous utiliserez votre expertise pour vérifier des déclarations et guider les clients tout au long de leurs démarches fiscales. Vos compétences en communication en français et en anglais seront essentielles pour établir une interaction efficace et amicale avec les clients. Key Responsibilities:

Aider les clients à remplir leurs déclarations avec TurboImpôt
Vérifier et examiner les déclarations fiscales individuelles
Utiliser des ressources gouvernementales pour fournir des réponses claires
Interagir avec les clients via un logiciel de communication vidéo
Documenter les interactions pour un suivi précis

Requirements:

Minimum de 2 ans d'expérience en préparation de déclarations
Capacité à gérer des situations fiscales complexes
Compétences en service à la clientèle exemplaires
Disponibilité minimale de 20 heures par semaine
Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais
