About the Role
Following our official launch, Soriano Mizrahi de Gray Inc. is expanding our team. Founded by a leadership team of veteran industry professionals, we specialize in high‑stakes business valuation, damages quantification, forensic accounting, and transaction advisory services. This is an exceptional opportunity to join a fast‑growing, high‑performance environment at the outset and play a direct role in building a boutique practice.
What We’re Looking For
We are seeking financial professionals to join our growing team – available positions include Associate, Senior Associate, and Director. We seek individuals who thrive on intellectual challenge, take pride in rigorous technical execution, and seek a platform to grow their personal brand as well as that of the firm.
Qualifications
- Professional Designation : CPA and/or a CBV (or be actively tracking toward completion).
- Experience : 2 to 8 years of post‑graduation experience within a professional services environment in Canada, specializing in business valuation, litigation support, corporate finance, or financial damages quantification.
- Technical Skills : Advanced financial modeling, financial statement analysis, and data‑driven problem‑solving capabilities.
- Communication : Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to draft clear, cohesive components of expert reports, valuation summaries, or client deliverables.
- Mindset : A strong attention to detail balanced with the ability to see the big picture.
- Business Development : An interest in business development, as we believe these skills are critical at all stages of career growth.
