- Coordonner le flux de renseignements
- Ouvrir et distribuer le courrier entrant régulier et électronique ainsi que d'autres documents
- Fixer et confirmer des rendez-vous
- Tenir à jour un système de classement
- Mettre sur pied des méthodes administratives
- Préparer et saisir à l'ordinateur des lettres et des documents juridiques
- Réviser et relire les documents et la correspondance pour vérifier s'ils sont conformes aux procédures juridiques et à l'usage grammatical
