Tâches

Coordonner le flux de renseignements
Ouvrir et distribuer le courrier entrant régulier et électronique ainsi que d'autres documents
Fixer et confirmer des rendez-vous
Tenir à jour un système de classement
Enregistrer et rédiger des procès-verbaux de séances, de réunions ou de conférences
Préparer et saisir à l'ordinateur des lettres et des documents juridiques
Réviser et relire les documents et la correspondance pour vérifier s'ils sont conformes aux procédures juridiques et à l'usage grammatical
