Incident Management Project Leader

Scotiabank seeks an Incident Management Project Leader to oversee up-to-date incident playbooks and ensure effective communication with stakeholders. Bring your project coordination expertise to manage Verint and Genesys Cloud applications efficiently. In this senior-level role, you will lead incident management efforts and facilitate communication around incident-related changes. With a focus on project coordination, you will manage daily ticket reviews and lead weekly Verint team sessions. Your technical proficiency, especially with Verint systems, will be essential for success. Key Responsibilities:
• Organize and lead incident playbook updates
• Ensure timely stakeholder communications for incidents
• Manage daily ticket reviews for Verint and Genesys Cloud
• Facilitate weekly Verint team and vulnerability sessions
• Provide summary updates to management on ongoing activities Requirements:
• Strong project leadership and coordination skills
