Finance Manager Role at Bell

Take charge as a Finance Manager at Bell, focusing on financial transformation and process optimization. This hybrid opportunity emphasizes collaboration within the Controller organization and stakeholders across Canada. We are seeking a dynamic finance professional for the Financial Close Controller team to enhance our financial reporting model. You will work closely with Corporate Accounting and other finance units to ensure timely and accurate financial results. This management role requires leading initiatives aimed at optimizing existing processes and driving effectiveness through technology. Key Responsibilities:
- Centralize and optimize financial close processes
- Analyze financial results critically for improvement
- Oversee compliance with control environments and audits
- Guide new projects and accounting standards
- Implement technology solutions to boost efficiency
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting
- 2-3 years in a similar finance role
- Experience managing teams is a plus
- Familiarity with S4 Hana and accounting systems
- Strong communication skills with English proficiency
