Hybrid Finance and Advisory Manager

Step into a pivotal role as the Finance and Advisory Manager with Manulife. This hybrid position focuses on financial statement preparation and collaboration to enhance team performance. As a key contributor at Manulife, you will be responsible for the accuracy of financial statements in compliance with IFRS and US GAAP. Ideal candidates will have 3-5 years of relevant experience, strong analytical skills, and the ability to motivate cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and disclose quarterly and annual financial statements
- Facilitate annual audits and work with external auditors
- Check accuracy of financial data from internal operations
- Collaborate on the quarterly Board reporting package
- Implement process enhancements to improve team performance
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or accounting
- 3-5 years of relevant financial reporting experience
- In-depth knowledge of IFRS and US GAAP
- Proficiency in MS Excel and other office software
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
