Make an impact at Homebase as a Strategic Finance Associate. Utilize your finance expertise to influence business decisions based on data analysis in our hybrid work model. This role involves forecasting, financial reporting, and partnering with leaders to enhance business strategies. You'll be responsible for maintaining financial models and conducting performance analysis of key SaaS metrics to provide clear insights for leadership. Key Responsibilities:
- Own financial modeling for integrated forecasting
- Collaborate with various teams for accurate revenue forecasts
- Track SaaS metrics and prepare financial insights
- Partner with operations leaders for spend management
- Assist in strategic initiatives such as fundraising
- 4+ years in finance, especially in SaaS environments
- Excellent financial modeling and analysis skills
- Knowledge of SaaS performance metrics necessary
- Effective communicator translating analysis into insights
- Ability to work independently in a collaborative setting
