- Design, enhance, and maintain developer tools and workflows
- Take ownership of feature implementation from start to finish
- Analyze data for improvement opportunities in developer tools
- Ensure capabilities of AWS infrastructure
- Write maintainable and high-quality code
- 3+ years of software development experience
- Proficiency in Ruby or Golang programming
- Experience building internal platforms
- Foundational knowledge of AWS and cloud concepts
- Familiarity with CI/CD practices
