- Standardize Agent Assist features for real-time support
- 7+ years in technical product management or conversational AI
- 3+ years of people management experience
- Proven track record with Google Cloud CCAI/CCAIP
- Familiarity with LLM solutions and prompt engineering
- Strong executive communication skills
