Key Responsibilities:

• Review and approve organizational financial statements

Requirements:
• Commitment to advancing inclusion and diversity
• Experience with AI or partnerships in health sectors
• Participation in 6–8 Board meetings each year
• Serve two terms of three years each
• Time commitment of 1–3 hours for each meeting
