Hotel Manager
Lead an agile team and sustain the hotel’s legacy of unparalleled guest experiences. Uphold the highest standards of personalized service and embed the hotel's values throughout all offerings, from dish presentation in the restaurant to check‑in at the front desk.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance the hotel’s reputation, revenue, and operational efficiency.
- Oversee all aspects of hotel operations, ensuring seamless daily performance across departments.
- Drive revenue, manage budgets, forecast operating expenses, and guide department heads.
- Act as the hotel’s public face, engaging community and industry partners.
- Maintain an open‑door policy, comply with BC legislation, and leverage union experience when available.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Hotel Manager or senior leader in a luxury hotel or resort.
- Deep understanding of the Vancouver market and the luxury hospitality segment.
- Passion for bespoke guest experiences and service excellence.
- Experience with globally recognized luxury brands is an asset.
