- Lead end-to-end recruitment for various positions
- Process Canadian payroll using ADP Workforce Now
- Administer group benefits and employee onboarding
- Develop relationships with hiring managers and candidates
- Monitor compliance with current employment legislation
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Minimum five years of HR Generalist experience
- In-depth knowledge of Canadian payroll and benefits
- Strong communication skills in English and French
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ADP systems
