- Oversee Compliance technology operations and enhancements
- Implement scalable analytics and AI solutions for decision-making
- Build trusted relationships with senior compliance leaders
- Leadership experience in Compliance or Risk Management
- Proven track record in enterprise-wide transformation programs
- Strong understanding of regulatory compliance frameworks
- Expertise in technology and analytics applications
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
