Sous la vice-présidence de distribution, vous superviserez une équipe de directeurs de la vente de produits d’assurance. Votre mission consiste à établir des priorités tout en prenant des décisions éclairées pour renforcer les capacités de vente. Grâce à l'autonomie et à votre expertise, vous stimulerez la croissance de l'assurance-vie et de l'assurance-santé pour répondre aux besoins des clients. Key Responsibilities:
- Développer et exécuter des stratégies de distribution d'assurance
- Renforcer les relations entre les conseillers et la société
- Identifier des opportunités de valeur sur le marché
- Supervise la planification régionale pour maximiser les ventes
- Promouvoir un climat de confiance et d'inclusion
- Expérience dans la haute direction en distribution d’assurance
- Connaissance approfondie de l'assurance-vie et santé
- Solides compétences en gestion et en coaching
- Capacité à influencer et à établir des relations
- Diplôme universitaire ou équivalent
