- Oversee overall delivery performance and capability of HR teams
- Partner with Agile Delivery Leads for enhanced planning and flow
- Analyze delivery metrics to identify areas for improvement
- Build strong, effective teams with clear role expectations
- Coach and develop team members, promoting career growth
- Extensive experience leading technology delivery teams
- Proven track record of improving team effectiveness
- Experience in agile operations and partnership across teams
- Strong people leadership and coaching skills
- Familiarity with HR technology platforms is a plus
