Lead cyber insurance solutions at HUB International as the Assistant Vice President for Cyber & Technology. Focus on structuring programs to address complex risks and emerging threats. As the AVP, you will support the Ontario Complex Risks team with a primary emphasis on cyber insurance and Tech Errors & Omissions. Your expertise will help deliver tailored coverage solutions for clients in various sectors, including healthcare, financial services, and technology. This position is ideal for a seasoned broker with a strong grasp of Canadian market complexities and evolving regulatory landscapes. Key Responsibilities:
- Advise clients on technology and cyber risk exposures
- Structure and place complex cyber and Tech E&O programs
- Analyze contracts and vendor agreements for insurance needs
- Negotiate policy wording with domestic and international insurers
- Develop placement strategies for hard-to-place risks
- 10+ years in cyber and technology broking or underwriting
- Strong knowledge of cyber exposures and insurance landscape
- Proven ability to engage with senior stakeholders
- Familiarity with Canadian regulatory requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
