Salesforce Platform Administrator at Humber

This position requires a strong background in Salesforce Education Cloud and related technologies, with a focus on continuous improvement and effective training support. Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and maintain Salesforce platform and associated integrations
- Configure Salesforce tools and enhance user experiences
- Manage data quality and ensure secure user access
- Develop system documentation and user training materials
- Support operational processes and incident resolutions
- Minimum five years of experience in complex IT environments
- Proven Salesforce platform administration expertise
- Strong understanding of user management and governance
- Familiarity with integrations using MuleSoft or similar tools
- Ability to monitor platform health and performance
