- Define integration architectures with various external systems
- Guide Salesforce governance and best practices during implementation
- Over 10 years in CRM, 7+ years in Salesforce
- Expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud
- Deep technical knowledge of Apex, APIs, and LWC
- Proven experience in managing large Salesforce implementations
- Strong understanding of data governance and migration strategies
