Summary

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions that drive business growth and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise across the Salesforce platform, including custom development, integrations, automation, and data management. Experience with Salesforce AI capabilities such as Einstein AI, Agentforce, Prompt Builder, Copilot, predictive analytics, and generative AI solutions is highly desirable. This is a 1-year fixed-term contract opportunity.

What will your typical day look like?

• Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, Salesforce Flows, and Salesforce APIs.
• Build and maintain custom applications, objects, workflows, validation rules, and integrations within the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, solution architects, product owners, and administrators to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Develop and support integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST APIs, SOAP services, MuleSoft, and middleware platforms.
• Execute data migration, transformation, cleansing, and data quality initiatives.
• Optimize Salesforce platform performance, scalability, security, and overall user experience.
• Troubleshoot production issues and deliver timely resolutions for defects, enhancements, and system improvements.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to development standards, documentation, and best practices.
• Stay current with Salesforce releases and evaluate new platform capabilities to enhance business value.
• Design and implement AI-driven solutions leveraging Salesforce Einstein, Agentforce, Prompt Builder, Copilot, and related AI technologies.
• Develop AI-powered workflows to improve sales, service, marketing, and operational business processes.
• Support responsible AI governance, security, compliance, and implementation best practices within Salesforce environments.

You will be part of a collaborative and innovative Salesforce team focused on delivering enterprise-grade CRM solutions that enable business transformation and operational excellence. The team works closely with business stakeholders, architects, administrators, product owners, and technology leaders to build scalable, secure, and high-performing Salesforce solutions. The environment promotes continuous learning, innovation, Agile delivery practices, and the adoption of emerging Salesforce and AI technologies.

Enough about us, let’s talk about you

You are someone with these required skills, experience & qualifications:

• 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Apex development.
• Experience developing Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce Flows and automation capabilities.
• Proficiency with SOQL and SOSL.
• Experience with Salesforce APIs, integrations, and web services.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce security architecture, including sharing rules, profiles, roles, permission sets, and governance.
• Experience with source control and DevOps tools such as Git, GitHub, Azure DevOps, or Copado.
• Experience working within Agile delivery environments.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

 

It would be great for you to have some of these nice to haves as well:

• Experience with Salesforce Einstein AI, Agentforce, Prompt Builder, Copilot, and other Salesforce AI capabilities.
• Experience building AI-powered automation and generative AI solutions within Salesforce.
• Knowledge of predictive analytics, prompt engineering, and AI workflow optimization.
• Experience with MuleSoft or other enterprise integration platforms.
• Salesforce Platform Developer certification(s).
• Experience supporting AI governance, compliance, and responsible AI practices.
• Exposure to enterprise-scale Salesforce implementations and digital transformation initiatives.

Total Rewards

The salary range for this position is $58,000 - $102,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
