POSITION OVERVIEW Join The Globe and Mail, Canada's leading news organization, and play a pivotal role in shaping the digital experiences of users across Canada and beyond. As an iOS Developer, you will be part of a dynamic team that values collaboration, technical excellence and innovation. What You Will Do:

• Develop new features and functionalities for our iOS app, focusing on enhancing the user experience for our loyal customers.
• Participate in code reviews, conduct thorough testing, and ensure adherence to best practices to maintain high code quality.
• Document technical specifications and architecture to contribute to future maintenance and knowledge sharing.
• Collaborate with a talented team of individuals, continuously learning and growing alongside them.

Your Qualifications and Experience:

• 4+ years of experience as an iOS Developer or similar role.
• Expertise in iOS SDK, Swift, CocoaPods, and Xcode instrumentation, with some previous exposure to Objective-C.
• Experience integrating web APIs and third-party SDKs into previous projects.
• Proficiency in git for version control and Crashlytics or similar for monitoring app stability.
• Knowledge of iOS accessibility, performance, and security standards.
• Experience with in-app purchases, push notifications, and releasing applications to the App Store.
• Familiarity with agile development and cross-functional teamwork.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
• Creative thinking and a collaborative mindset.
