Take charge as an Assets Manager at Huawei Canada, focusing on office and asset management. You will establish local standards, manage assets, and ensure compliance in a dynamic work environment. In this permanent position, you will support the Quality & Operation Department with all asset-related tasks. Your responsibilities include maintaining accurate asset records, guiding employees in asset management practices, and executing asset-related processes. • Establish and enforce asset management standards adhering to company regulations
• Distribute, collect, and count assets while ensuring security
• Answer employees' asset-related queries and guide them through processes
• Manage asset disposal and donation processes with business departments
• Process asset purchase requirements and manage asset labeling

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or related field
• 3+ years in office/asset administration roles
• Expertise in asset management procedures and practices
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong communication and time-management skills
