Senior Internal Audit Manager Role

Join PSP as the Senior Manager, Internal Audit, where you will enhance internal controls and governance through strategic audits. Enjoy a hybrid work model while mentoring audit professionals. This role requires delivering insightful evaluations of PSP’s asset management practices while ensuring adherence to Global Internal Audit Standards. You will lead teams on various engagements, providing advisory services and developing talent while contributing to the overall audit strategy and quarterly reporting processes. Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and lead IA engagements and manage budgets
• Supervise and guide the IA team during audits
• Present findings and support management with action plans
• Monitor the implementation of audit recommendations
• Participate in strategic working groups and committees

Requirements:

• University degree in finance, business, or related field
• At least 10 years' relevant experience with internal audits
• Necessary professional accreditation (CIA, CPA, etc.)
• Strong familiarity with internal audit practices and financial risks
• Bilingual in English and French preferred or willing to learn
