Location: Ville Saint-Laurent Salary: $40,000 to $42,000 per year (depending on experience) Schedule: Full-time (37.5h or 40h/week) Status: 1-year contract with a strong possibility of permanency! Responsibilities
Provide daily administrative support to the purchasing and logistics department. Follow up on orders with suppliers and confirm delivery times. Update databases and ensure shipping documents are compliant. Collaborate with the warehouse team to track inventory and received goods. Resolve simple billing or delivery discrepancies under the buyer's supervision. Qualifications
College diploma (DEC) or related training in logistics, supply chain management, or administration. A first experience or relevant internship in logistics/purchasing (a major asset!).
Functional bilingualism (French and English) to easily communicate with various partners based outside of canada.
