What You'll Be Doing

As our next Senior Content & Email Marketing Specialist , you'll lead the strategy and execution of email marketing, content creation, and digital storytelling that moves the needle for our clients. You'll be responsible for building campaigns that connect, convert, and build long-term relationships.

Email Marketing Execution

• Strategize, write, design, and launch campaigns that deliver results

• Lead client meetings and campaign planning sessions

• Manage segmentation, A/B testing, reporting, and optimization

• Stay on top of trends, tools, and best practices (including compliance like CAN-SPAM)

Content Creation & Strategy

• Write blogs, landing pages, social media content, and email copy

• Lead client content strategy sessions and manage content calendars

• Adapt messaging across digital and print channels

• Collaborate with designers and SEO strategists to bring ideas to life

SEO Writing & Analytics

• Conduct keyword research and optimize on-page SEO

• Use tools like Google Analytics, Meta Insights, and Mailchimp to guide decisions

• Edit and advise on high-performance content strategies

AI Integration

• Leverage AI tools to speed up workflow, enhance output, and increase value

• Stay ahead of the curve in using smart tools to support your creative edge

What You Bring to the Table? Experience & Skills

• 2+ years of content marketing experience

• 1+ years of hands-on email marketing experience (Mailchimp, Constant Contact, etc.)

• Proficient in tools like Canva, WordPress, GA4, Meta Business Suite

• Knowledge of email compliance, SEO, and analytics

• Strong writing, editing, and organizational skills

• Confidence using AI tools to streamline work

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
