This role emphasizes translating AI policies into practical controls, collaborating with various teams to ensure effective governance across AI lifecycles. You'll play a critical part in integrating technical governance patterns within continuous integration and delivery frameworks while validating AI solutions across platforms. Key Responsibilities:
- Translate AI policies into technical controls and patterns
- Design governance controls for AI lifecycle phases
- Support teams in implementing Azure and Databricks solutions
- Validate guardrails for AI applications and agents
- Prototype assurance approaches for control effectiveness
- Hands-on experience in software engineering or MLOps
- Strong skills in Python and automated control systems
- Understanding of AI lifecycle and deployment methodologies
- Background in financial services is an asset
- Degree in computer science or related field
